David
The location was so comfortable, not too far from Whistler Village. The single room included a library and had a great feel with amazing views. The staff were very, very helpful and truly made me feel welcome.

Edwin
The bedroom was large with views of the lake. Without doubt the location was stunning and awesome close enough to the lake, Whistler, the gondolas Staff was helpful - we loved that.

John
The staff was very helpful and extremely helpful and everything was nice. It was in a remote setting to both villages. Moreover, it's just next door to both mountains and the Valley Trail for cycling' round the lakes.
Some people working there were not very friendly.

Super quiet hotel with incredibly friendly staff at the reception desk in the building, everything was top-notch. 🌟

Andrew
The location is unbeatable and peaceful, close to many attractions of Whistler. Not to mention that it is located away from town center. There's views of the lake.

The location of this place was great, just a short distance from the village, and the renovated single room had a TV, microwave, and fridge.

There was a great feeling from all the guests and the general quality of the hotel was certainly excellent. Overall we had a top weekend! It was a great way to start the ski season staying at Lost Lake lodge.
The only real downside was the location. Being at the start of the ski season the free shuttle was not running until 10.20 and it is a bit of a walk to the gondola so location is a little drawback. However it is definitely a worthy tradeoff when compared with the many advantages this lodge has available!

Lovely pool, parking on site.

We were given a reasonably large and beautifully decorated room in tip-top shape. the hotel is in a remote position, yet so close to the town center, common areas, Lost Lake, and the Valley Trail.

I like the quiet woodland location, both in summer and winter. The ou tdoor pool and hot tub are great. The free shuttle service is very handy, though it would have been nice to have a bus schedule in the room or given to us on check-in. Great value, I would choose it again.
We weren't told ahead we had to check in in a different location. As I know Whistler well, it was okay but for newcomers that could be difficult. As mentioned above, and bus schedule readily available would have been nice.

When we first opened the doors to our room we noticed that it was not like the room that was originally promised thru Booked.net. We went down to the lobby to find out why. They said that bookings made thru 3rd parties aren't always correct. But, fortunately the front desk person was able to find us a room that we had originally booked.
Didn't like paying an additional $17+ per day for parking. Non-guest I can understand but not for guests that must drive up to the mountain.

Lovely secluded quiet spot. Really close to Lost Lake and all biking/hiking trails. The room we had was lovely with a kingsize bed. Lodge was very clean and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Free shuttle to the village was great also. Would definitely stay here again.
The only complaint was that there was no staff on duty at the lodge. There was a sign on the door informing us that we had to drive back into Whistler Village and find Blackcomb Lodge in order to check into the condo.
